Helping women find equilibrium in what can sometimes feel like the messy middle part of life.

WHEN YOU WERE YOUNGER YOU MAY HAVE BEEN TOLD THE BEST IS YET TO COME.
Yet here you are. Just as you have a pretty good sense of who you are – your body starts letting you know you are definitely no longer in your youth.
On top of all of the physical changes perimenopause and menopause can bring…many of the things you defined your life by may be shifting.
And this may not always feel like the “best” when you are managing new challenges such as:
- Teens who don’t need (or want) your constant attention
- Young adults who are (or maybe are not) launching
- Adjusting to an empty nest
- The realization you can no longer ignore your marital dissatisfaction
- Divorce
- Dating after divorce
- Career concerns
- Caring for aging parents
- Illness
- Downsizing or relocating
- Retirement planning
These transitions can feel overwhelming – especially if your emotional health gets left on the backburner.
Let’s chagne that and move to managing mid-ife with authenticity, courage, acknowledged imperfection and grace.
You deserve to be thriving – not just surviving – during midlife.
I’m here to help you create a roadmap for these next chapters — one that honors your next round of hopes, dreams and desires in the midst of life’s changing landscape. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s chart a path forward together.
Often, we as women thought of “when I grow up” to be the period of time in our mid-twenties and thirties. But often as we cross into our forties, we come to realize, we didn’t have the same clear picture of what we want our midlife to be. And if your twenties and thirties wasn’t what you’d hoped, you may really be feeling a little bit lost on how to make sure the next phase of life leaves you with a sense of personal satisfaction.
Together we will look at what is getting in the way of setting and pursuing goals, feeling fulfilled and consistently experiencing a sense of joy and purpose in life. Then we will look at how to move towards those goals. You have a lot of life to live – you deserve to thrive.
